  • Retention: Text transcriptions and generated reports are stored for as long as you maintain them in your account

  • User Control: You can delete individual reports or trainees at any time, which removes associated data from our servers

4.3 Account Data

  • Active Accounts: Stored while your account remains active
  • Account Deletion: All associated data is immediately deleted upon account deletion
